This hotel is a total gem! The industrial design blends funky decor and comfy spaces perfectly. Plus, the lounge area with free pool tables and games created such a fun atmosphere to unwind after a long day!

We would recomand it. All in all everything was really good, had a very very good stay of second night. The breakfast of our place was above average and rich especially for veggies, thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was delightfully helpful and responsive...

Our rooms are lovely sized with a view, great value for money. It has great restaurant and good and decent location in the town centre. The service is very efficient, includes safe parking.

The receptionist's kindness in providing fresh milk for my coffee made my stay nice, complemented by the comfortable bed that ensured a restful night.

Perfect spot very close to Ipswich as well as Harbour. Units with a tv. Easy check in and late check out, stunning location.

The bus stop was 5 minutes' walk away.

The location is great for a night out, and I loved the funky bar with free games like pool and shuffleboard. My stay in a penta Standard Double or Twin Room featured a very comfortable bed and flexible lighting, perfect for setting the mood. Plus, the decor was minimalist yet stylish.

The units where spotless with a tv.

It was in a central setting on the river.

We were able to get in the small car park but parking could have been difficult

Staff was very helpful getting me in time to Harwich, with more nearby hotels being overful due to the volcanic ash fallout.

The room was spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff were genuinely friendly providing all necessary information.

The limited dining options left something to be desired.

My wife and I, were greatly impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist with questions. We were fortunate that our one day visit was not beset by parking problems but we were aware of the parking limitations' and alternative provisions nearby. The food was good and breakfast service was excellent.

Nothing and having read reviews of the hotel, I find that the very few complaints difficult to understand and are made, I would imagine, by people who need to get a life!!!!
